The Publisher Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the supply side of our client’s mobile campaigns by proactively scouting new traffic sources and connecting with our publisher network to achieve KPIs & goals set by the advertiser, while formulating plans with proactive attention to detail in order to exceed those goals.
Along with the ability to inform our clients of the philosophy of your strategy, you will also be responsible for keeping clients informed of industry trends and be proactive in your planning to achieve mobile advertiser satisfaction & revenue generation.

Work through the complete sales cycle to identify and onboard new publisher leads
Fully understand our technology and offerings to effectively communicate to publisher partners
Maintain a sales pipeline, prioritize accounts and thoughtfully communicate sales status, strategy and next steps to management and internal teams
Connect and collaborate with the internal sales team by communicating campaign requests from publishers in an organized fashion that results in advertiser sales
Meet/ exceed quarterly revenue goals by continually identifying new leads, leveraging your existing network of relationships
Continuously educate yourself on the latest trends of the mobile advertising industry, and deliver findings with actionable insights towards increasing revenue
Actively attend mobile industry events or meet ups to network and grow your book of business
What we are looking for…
Above 5 years’ previous work experience in sales, business development, or patner management within the Mobile Marketing Industry and media
Proven track record of communicating with publisher clients to increase revenue and profitability
Ability to share and consult your learnings and information to publisher clients and internal teams
Experience working on an international team and overcoming communication challenges
Ability to multi-task and processes with great attention to detail
Friendly, transparent, team-player attitude
Proven analytical and strategic problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English
